Probably inappropriate for their purpose, there is no other framework available. What this legal framework brings with it is a range of responsibilities such as annual reporting to Companies House and taking on a duty of care for matters such as Health and Safety.

Working with the Directors, PM Property Management will carry out the routine administrative stuff, organise maintenance such as cleaning and safety checks, and manage larger projects, {typically those requiring Section 20 approval}, such as roof repairs and redecoration.

Some Management Companies no longer appoint Company Secretaries. PM Property Management believes that this still remains an important role and will appoint the company to this role, allowing us to actively manage legal and procedural matters that require a company representative.

When flats are being sold, solicitors will write to the the Resident Management Company requesting a sales pack (also known as an LPE1). This is a complex and tiresome process. PM Property Management will deal with this for you.
